How much does delivery cost?

We offer free delivery on online orders over £7.95. Orders below this amount will incur a £2 postage and packaging charge. We only deliver products purchased online through the website.

What if my order is incorrect?

Should you have a problem and need to return any of our goods to us please return them within 28 days in their original condition, unopened and with any seals still intact.

Include a note with your order number, contact details and reason for return.

Package securely in their original packaging and return to us (not forgetting to obtain proof of postage) at :

Upon receipt of the item (in its original condition), we will issue a refund to your credit card and notify you via email.

Naturally this does not affect your statutory rights.

Where do you deliver to?

For all health supplements, bodycare and other products you buy online from us, we only deliver to UK addresses.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Where possible, we will process your order the same day or the next working day.
All items are posted by First Class Royal Mail and delivery is normally withn 5 working days. However, delays can occur which are beyond our control so please allow up to 28 days.

What are your business times?

You can securely buy health supplements & body care products online 24 hours a day.

Our website office is open 9:00am to 5:00pm (Mon-Fri), excluding Bank Holidays, periods over Christmas & New Year.
