There are many reasons - ill health, a bereavement, a relationship breakup, as a part of the female cycle or through Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD). There can be physical reasons too. Moderate or severe depression should always be dealt with by a healthcare practitioner.
Directions
5 drops in a little water 3 times daily until the bottle is finished.
Ingredients
Tinctures of the flowers of Cherry Plum, Sweet Chestnut, Wild Rose, Zinnia, Willow, Gorse, Mustard, Scleranthus, Bluebells and Gentian in equal amounts.
Alcohol Content: approx 27% (v/v)
